NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross reported there were none.

IBISCHK710 development:
Mike LaBonte showed a document sent by Bob Ross, summarizing the work status. Bob Ross
said Randy Wolff had reported a problem with IBIS-ISS files having no space after the "+"
in a continuation line. Randy said there was also a problem with finding .iss files in
sub-directories. Bob said everything named with "71" had to be "710". Mike said we had
not previously named executables with full versions, they should be "ibischk7_64", etc.
Bob agreed. The help message printed by the executable did not yet describe the -emd and
-ems options, and that was required. Some abbreviated words like "Mdl" in messages needed
to be fully spelled out. The word "Param" would not be changed, it was used in the same
context with that spelling in many other places.

Bob said not all QA test results had been generated, so he had done that. He said he
would like -numbered to be used by the QA script in test runs, if that does not break
regression. Mike felt there should be a QA command to copy actual results to golden data,
once the results were validated. He said his request to add a CFLAG in the Linux
makefiles was being handled in a better way, by simply changing the code to not require
it.

Bob said a Terminal_types duplicate in one test had been producing an error. He said it
really was an error, but IBIS 7.1 did not mention the requirement to avoid duplicates.
Randy said he would email the Editorial Task Group to see what direction they would
prefer. It might simply be captured in notes.

Bob said after the checking already performed, only spot checking should be required for
the final release. It was decided that an Open Forum acclamation vote would be planned to
authorize acceptance of the IBISCHK701 code if the IBIS Quality Task Group accepts it,
even if that acceptance occurred after the Open Forum vote.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
  - BIRD181.2
  - IBISCHK security fixes

Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.

Meeting ended: 12:45 ET
